Where can I get the screenplay to The Matrix online?

You're better off buying the script, as online ones tend to have weird typos (and sometimes are god-forbid typed in by someone while watching the movie). But if you insist, search Google.

Where did they get those wonderful sunglasses?

Richard Walker designed the shades specifically for The Matrix and even visited the shoot for onset tweaks and adjustments. The Sunglass Hut used to sell a line based on his Matrix designs, but I can't find them on the current site. Perhaps they'll do something similar with the new movies coming out.

Where did they get those wonderful cell phones?

There was much debate on this topic. Apparently Nokia told people through an official release that the 7110 was featured in the original The Matrix. I had once proved they used the Nokia 8110i, which at least looked like it. Either way, I don't think they still sell them, and I'm sure the new movies will produce new cell phones for you all to drool over. The first movie's success was such a surprise that they never thought much about merchandising. I'm sure this time around will be much different. As of this writing, ebay lists some 8110is.

Where did Neo get those wonderful boots?

The boots that Neo wears in the film are Airwalk brand boots (the logo can be seen in the bullet-time sequence on the roof). At one point, Airwalk sold boots very similar to the ones in the movie. Like the sunglasses and cell phones, you can't get them anymore. Try e-bay.

How can I get in touch with Keanu or the Wachowski Brothers?

I have no idea. The best you're going to get is sending a note in care of an agent or studio. If you have a killer matrix idea, or a killer script, don't bother trying to get it to them. That's not how Hollywood works.
